Let's recap the road to Reading Comp success. By test day, you'll want to be able to say:
"I've learned to 'attack' the passage and get the gist using the CAT Method. That means I've learned to Roadmap, paying attention to Keywords and the flow of the author's ideas. I know how to separate fact from opinion, which helps me to zero in on a passage's most important ideas. I'm comfortable skimming past details and paraphrasing text in my own words. Moreover, I've learned the most common question and wrong answer types, and am well-versed in the art of pre-phrasing. I'm ready!"
Internalizing these strategies and techniques takes work, and requires reinforcement during all of your Reading Comp practice. But you'll get there! Begin that practice now, applying the strategies and test insights from class and from this module to some in-format questions, beginning with three from the passage we've just analyzed. Then continue your practice with passages and questions on the quiz.
