Warcha and Kalabagh Salt Mines

These salt mines are located in district Khushab 15 km north-west of Gunjital railway station. The Warcha salt mine has 5 seams, with maximum thickness of 15 meters the average annual production of these mines is about 50 thousand tonnes.

Kalabagh Salt Mines

Kalabagh salt mines are located in district Mianwali, near right bank of Luni Wahan nullah. The seams are irregular and twisted and production from these mines is small.
