The death incidence will continue to mount among the teeming millions due to the high cost of health care. The Jagirdar will tear the Women’s Protection Bill in collusion with his religious counterpart, into pieces and dump it into the waste paper basket and invent ne ways and means of disgracing the woman-folk Moreover, no one will ever guarantee the security of life, honour and property of the common man. Price level will further rise when the officials responsible for the purpose are told to bring it down. The prevalent system therefore will keep on functioning as commanded by the feudalistic forces to their own absolute advantage but to the unfortunate detriment of the common man.
