Damage done to Islam and the nation

The greatest disservice done by these wayward mullas is that they have made religiosity synonymous with criminology. They committed series of criminal acts and endorsed then self-concocte1 Shariah that had nothing to do with either Quran or Sunnah. Islam advocates tolerance, spreads message of love, commands service to His people but they, on the other hand in blatant contrast to Quranic orders. Islam is middle-of-the-road religion but they resort extremism. Mosque, being the house of God, is a place of peace but they make use of it militant’s fortress to violate law of the land, promote death and destruction of the innocent citizens, all in the name of Islam— an instance of Devil quoting the scripture. The harm they have done to the image of Islam is colossal. They have placed enough derogatory material at the hand of the enemies of Islam to malign our wonderful religion to their hearts’ content.
