The total number of questions in GRE Mathematics test is 66 all are multiple choice questions. The topic they cover include the contents usually taught at undergraduate level in almost all colleges of the world. Almost half of the questions based on common topics of calculus and its applications.
Basic algebra, linear algebra and number theory question contibutes about one fourth of the test. The remaining questions deal with other common areas of mathematics currently studied by undergraduates in many institutions.
