Breeding grounds of terrorism

What happens is that the state usurps the rights of the individual, groups, weaker nations, violates ethnic sensibilities and denies legitimate human rights which are strongly reacted. The violent reaction shown by the oppressed people thus is not terrorism but a legitimate activity justified as freedom movement. There would not have been any militancy in Kashmir if India had promptly implemented the UN’s resolutions in this regard. In this case UN is the abettor of India in unleashing state terrorism on the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Same is the case of the Palestinians. They were granted the right of statehood by the UN many years ago but Israel being backed by USA and UK has been indulging in acts of state terrorism to keep the Arabs under subjugation. Palestinians have no alternative but to resort to violence to get their rights. Response to terrorism in the form of military action by the state or award of punishment is not the answer. What extreme punishment can be visualized for a person who is willing to lay down his life for a cause?
