Small Industries Corporation Board

At present the development and growth of cottage and small-scale industries is the responsibility of the provinces. Each province has set up its own Small Industrial Corporation Board. The corporations are named:

  i. Punjab Small Scale Industrial Corporation. (PSIC)
  ii.Sindh Small Industrial Corporation. (SSIC)
  iii.The Small Industries Development Board K.P.K. (SIDB)
  iv.The Directorate of Small Industries Baluchistan. (DS1B)

These corporations are playing vital role in development and promotion of Cottage & Small Scale Industries.

The Government of Pakistan has created another authority in 1998, for coordination of provincial corporations along with facilitating support prices, generate employment opportunities, drive industrial growth, revitalize the small business, the authority named as;
