The Learning Tree has procured the services of JASZ Learning and Development, and it has been a pleasure to have Mr. Jamshid Minwalla, President of JASZ on our two campuses. Mr. Minwalla brings over 25 years of teaching and consulting expertise to The Learning Tree, and has been an invaluable source of information, advice, motivation, and enthusiasm to the entire faculty. The School early childhood program there is a consistent framework for the day that provides a balanced variety of experiences and learning opportunities. Students engage in both individual and social play, participate in small- and large- group activities, assist with cleanup, socialize during snack time, develop self-care skills, and exercise their small and large muscles. The most important segment of the daily routine is the ‘plan-do-reflect’ sequence, in which students are encouraged to make choices about what they will do, carry out their ideas, and reflect upon their activities and actions with adults and other students.
