Some questions, primarily geometry problems, involve spatial relations.
Unfortunately, not all of these problems come accompanied with a diagram
that lays out the problem for you. If the question already has a diagram,
be sure to use it in answering the question. But if it does not, it is
often a good idea to 'translate' the description of the problem to a visual
equivalent.
In this way, visualization is similar to translating English to math.
Focus on what the question is asking, and transfer the problem to your
scratch paper one step at a time.
