How many positive integers less than 100 are multiples of both 4 and 6?

4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60, 64, 68, 72, 76, 80, 84, 88, 92, and 96 are multiples of 4 less than 100.

6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48, 54, 60, 66, 72, 78, 84, 90, and 96 are multiples of 6 less than 100

12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 72, 84, and 96 are common in both sets, hence; there are 8 common multiples of both 4 and 6 less than 100.
