The admission number for entry from 1st September, 2012 will be 30 for KS1. Applications must be made on the Common Application Form which must be returned directly to Essex County Council on the specified closing date. A Supplementary Information Form must be completed and return to the school. The number of children to admit for KS2 will be 32. For midyear applications, a midyear form needs to be completed and returned directly to School Planning and Admissions, who will apply to the schools you list, including St Teresa’s on your behalf. A child has the right to a full time place at school from the September following their 4th birthday. Parents can request to defer admission until the child reaches compulsory school age in the school year, thus,the school will put on hold the defer entry and not offer and not offer it to another child. The parent would not, however, be able to defer entry beyond the beginning of the term after the child’s fifth birthday, nor beyond the academic year for which the original application was accepted. Morning session only is available for parents opting to take up a part time place until child reach compulsory school age .
