About - St Helens Catholic Infant School

Built in 1960 at Queens Road, Brentwood , St Helen’s Catholic Infant School was relocated to to a brand new school building at Sawyers Hall Lane,Brentwood on a site next to it’s sister Junior school in February 2009. The school serves the Catholic parishes of Brentwood , Warley, Ongar and Ingatestone.

All children in Reception are admitted full time without reference to academic ability, disability or aptitude in the Autumn term prior on their fifth birthday. There will short induction period beginning of the Autumn Term. The school number of intended admissions will be 90, Where the number of applications for admission exceeds the number of places available, admission will follow set out criteria in a priority order. Baptismal Certificate and completed Supplementary Information will be submitted to the school on agreed date of return. In the event of over-subscription within any of the above criteria, priority will be determined by straight-line distance those living closest to the school given higher priority.div>
