Established in 1869, St George’s has always been well known within the local area as being a small and welcoming community primary school. St George’s provides a happy, stable and caring environment whereby our children, staff and parents work actively in partnership to enable all children to realize their full potential. St George’s is a Church of England school that promotes the spiritual, moral, cultural and physical development of each child. The success of each child matters and our dedicated staff are committed to developing the children’s knowledge, skills and understanding, whilst enabling the children to enjoy learning, become independent thinkers and confident individuals.
