Scheduling for GRE in Pakistan

The GRE revised General Test is given year-round at computer-based test centers in most locations around the world. Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. In Pakistan, the rush for registration appears on announcement of any foreign scholarship by HEC or some foreign institution. Normally you can have any date throughout the year except non-scheduled date by ETS.

Note: The computer-based GRE revised General Test is offered in Pakistan. You can take the GRE revised General Test computer-based and paper-based (only once every 60 days), and no more than five times within any continuous rolling 12-month period. This applies even if you canceled your scores on a test taken previously. If you take only the paper-based GRE revised General Test, you may take it as often as it is offered.

Best Preparation

You’ve probably heard the quote (originally credited to Alexander Graham Bell): Preparation is the key to success. When it comes to test taking, these are words to live by.

Identify Yourself Correctly

When scheduling an appointment to take the GRE exam in Pakistan, be sure the spelling of your name and your birth date exactly match the name and birth date printed on your passport you will present at your test center. If this information does not match, you will not be permitted to take the test and your test fee will be forfeited.

You must present your passport book as your identification.
