Ayub MC Ayub Medical College

Ayub Medical College was founded in 1978. It is named after Late Field Marshal Muhammad Ayub Khan. Its first academic year started on 15th May, 1979 with enrollment of 100 students.

Location

Ayub Medical College is located on Karakorum Highway. The College building is one of the most beautiful of all medical colleges of the country.

The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Pakistan has recognized many of its Departments for postgraduate training. The Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists of UK has granted recognition to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology for the clinical training of the MRCOG candidates. With commissioning of INOR (Institute of Nuclear Medicine, Oncology and Radiotherapy) at the campus, Ayub Medical College has joined nuclear medicine club where most modern techniques for diagnostic and radiation therapy are available.
