Punjab, Manipur, Tripura, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh etc. are plagued by the monster of state terrorism. Serial bomb blasts in Pakistan and the recent blasts in Peshawar are the most nefarious, barbaric and obnoxious acts of terrorism. Terrorism is endemic in Pakistan since 1980s. Whosoever finds it impossible to achieve his objective through normal democratic, constitutional and peaceful processes takes recourse to terrorism and terrorists become extremists Narco terrorism-— using drug money to finance terrorist activities is also becoming  problem in Pakistan.
