Emancipated women may enjoy wealth, position, even knowledge. They may have many accomplishments. But they are not happy. They lead complicated lives. They feel bitter towards others and complain of the hostility of circumstances. They waste their time and emotions on petty things. Both in company and in solitudes, they feel miserable life has little meaning for them. In fact, more freedom from restraints does not lead to happiness. (69 words)
