MPS -MS Population Sciences

The population is a multidisciplinary subject; the following candidates shall be eligible in the given order of priority:
  • The candidates having Master’s degree in any one of the following discipline from a recognized institution: Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, Social Work, Statistics, Geography, Political Science, Applied Psychology, Philosophy, Mathematics, Business, Health and Medicine etc.
  • BA/ BSc with Sociology or Post-graduate Diploma in Demography/ Population Sciences
  • BA/BSc with at least 2nd division (under annual system) or with CGPA of 2.50/4:00(under semester system) in Social Sciences
Note: Preference will be given to the candidates having work experience in population and health field with public or private sector.

Masters in Economics, Agricultural Economics or BS Honours with Economics are eligible to apply.
Additionally those who have done masters or hold a BS Honours degree and have sufficient working experience in the areas of Environment and Climate change may also apply.
