In the world of today we must build up the kind of personality which makes the winning first impression and sustains it all through. An individual can do a lot to improve the impact of this first contact. The various aspects which play a vital role in creating a favorable impression are physical appearance, positive attitude. Smile and cheerfulness, forceful and convincing expression, sincere and genuine interest in the other person, courtesy and etiquette, voice and words and goal-oriented disciplined habits. A word of caution: Do not criticize and complain.
