An independent power producer (IPP) based in Islamabad, requires a “Company Secretary & Tax Officer” Relevant professional qualification and relevant experience of at last 5 years is required to handle the below mentioned tasks:
- Secretarial practice of listed company with updated knowledge of all regulations of SECP, Companies Ordinance & Pakistan Stock Exchange.
- Should have the experience of preparing Accounts of a listed company with knowledge of IAS/IFRS.
- Should have the experience of dealing with tax matters with RTO & at other levels (Company is exempted from income tax).
