Note:

• FCPS-II Trainees, registered after 30th Nov. 2012 at CPSP for major specialities or not registered at all will only be ELIGIBLE to apply. However, applicants for subspeciality eg Cardiac Surgery, Orthopaedic, Neuro Surgery and Plastic Surgery are eligible to apply ONLY if they completed 2 years in Gen. Surgery.

Eligibility criteria

1. Certificate of passing F C P S part I 
2. Certificate of CPSP registration (if registered after 30th Nov. 2012) For FCPS II 
3. Sindh Domicile 
4. Valid PMDC Registration 
5. Candidates who have completed 2 years in Gen. Medicine & Gen. Surgery are also eligible to apply.

• Application forms can be downloaded from the DUHS website (www.edu.pk)
• Applications from should be submitted alongwith all required of documents of eligibility to the UBL Baba-e-Urdu Road Branch, alongwith a payorder of Rs. 2000/- only in favour of Dow University of Health Sciences.
• Last date for submission of application from is 31st May, 2013
• Entrance Test will be held on 15th June, 2013 (Venue & time will be mentioned on admit card). Candidates if government servants, should apply through proper channel with an advance copy to the Admission Cell, DUSH with NOC from the Govt.
• No TA/DA will be paid neither accommodation will be provided to any candidate.
• The applications received after the last date will NOT be accepted.
