UHS - University of Health Sciences Lahore Announced Admissions 2013

Certificate in Medical Teaching in collaboration with University of Liverpool, UK

The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore is launching a certificate course for young medical teachers in collaboration with University of Liverpool, UK. The objective is to give young teachers basic Knowledge, skills and competence for a successful medical teaching career.

Duration:

The program will be taught in two blocks of four days each at the University of Health Sciences. There will be an interval of approximately there (03) months between the two blocks. During this interval, the students are required to submit online assignments to their supervisors.

Entry Requirement:

The applicant must be working as a Senior Registrar/ Demonstrator or Assistant professor in a medical or dental college or a teaching hospital of the Punjab.

Admission Process:

  1.  The candidate desirous of admission must apply though proper channel on the prescribed application form available at UHS website www.uhs.edu.pk 
  2.  The application form with attested copies of certificates, testimonials and CNIC along with three passport size color photographs must reach the office of Director (Admin and HR) on or before May 23, 2013, before the closing hours. The first contact session would start on 24th June, 2013. 
  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

Certificate

On successful completion of the course, UHS will award a certificate to the candidate. This will be accompanied by a Certificate of Attendance by the University of Liverpool, UK.
