National Cornerstone Healthcare Services offers Bob Miller USA scholarship award program. This scholarship is for students planning to attend an accredited technical school, or undergraduate college or university. Students must be a person diagnosed with a bleeding disorder, or the parent, spouse, partner or child of a person diagnosed with a bleeding disorder. Student must have grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher and must be US citizen. The scholarship covers awards from $500 to $1000 per year to a person or person(s). Eligibility Criteria- Must be planning to attend an accredited technical school, or undergraduate college or university.
- Must be a person diagnosed with a bleeding disorder, or the parent, spouse, partner or child of a person diagnosed with a bleeding disorder.
- Must have a grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Submit two (2) letters of support. One must be from a teacher or instructor, and the second from an employer, church leader, health care provider, or other professional person involved in your life.
- Must submit a one page essay that describes your dreams, goals and objectives for attending secondary education.
- What does it cover? The awards committee oversees the scholarship program offering awards from $500 to $1000 per year to a person or person(s) associated with the bleeding disorders community.
- Notification: The applicant awarded the scholarship will be notified by May 15.

Scholarship Description
Bob Miller, a renowned educator of bleeding disorders, retired in 2012 after 30 years as a physician assistant, and because of his dedication and impact on the community, NCHS has named its scholarship award program is his honor. Bob has spent his life sharing the knowledge he has attained, and we hope to inspire the next generation to do the same.
Number of awards offered The committee determines the number and amount of the awards based on a number of criteria including but not limited to academic merit, employment status, essay, reference letters, financial need and impact on the bleeding disorders community.
