ECAT Preparation
ECAT is a major Entrytest in Pakistan for admission in engineering colleges. Though no common ECAT is applicable to all university. Each university or college administer its own entrytest with the name of ECAT. When we talk about ECAT, we means test of UET admission test. Here we are going to follow UET ECAT, but almost every admission test for any engineering university or college is almost similar to UET test.

Verbal (English)
Multi types of questions are found in verbal (English) section of the ECAT. Analogies, antonyms, synonyms, sentence completion, sentence correction, and reading comprehension are major types. In UET ECAT Sentence Correction is the only section while, in other ECATs some of the following sections are included.
Analogies
Analogies section is based on vocabulary and verbal logic.
Antonyms
Antonyms in which a test taker is to find the word of opposite meaning to the main word.
Sentence Correction
To solve Sentence Correction MCQs of the test is based on English grammar and understanding of English as language.
