• Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority offers Postgraduate Fellowships at Pakistan Institute of Engineering and Applied Sciences (PIES) Islamabad & Karachi Institute of nuclear Power Engineering (Kinpoe) Karachi
• Program at PIEAS: MS. Nuclear engineering (Pre Requisite: BE/B.SC Engineering in Civil, Chemical; M.Sc/4 years BS in Physics & Chemistry) 
• MS. System Engineering ( pre Requisite: BE/B. Sc Engineering in Electrical, Electronics) 
• MS. Medical Physics (pre Requisite: M. Sc/4 years BS in Physics) 
• Program at KINPOE: MS. Nuclear Power Engineering (pre Requisite: BE/B.Sc Engineering in Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Electronics: M. Sc/4 years BS in Physics)

Features

• Fellowships will be offered to candidates selected only on merit on all-Pakistan basis (including AJK, FATA and FANA).
• Fellowships include living allowance of Rs.25,000/-per month beside full tuition fee waiver, free hostel, free hostel, free transportation & indoor medical treatment. 
• Duration of Fellowship is 2 years. 
• Fellows will have to execute a bond to serve PNRA for five years after completion of MS from PIEAS and KINPOE. 
• After successful completion of MS from PIEAS and KINPOE, fellows will be placed as Assistant Engineer/Scientific Officer (SPS-8) in PNRA.s
• Relaxation in Eligibility period for promotion to the next scale (SPS-09) after two years of service.

Eligibility

• Pre-requisite qualification as mentioned against each program. 
• Preferably first Class academic career, however, one second division may be permitted, except in the final degree. In case of semester system, a CGPA 2.5 out of 4 in the final degree is required. 
• Degrees must be recognized by HEC/PEC
• Candidates expecting completion of their degree requirements by the end of 2013 may also apply. 
• Age limit-27 years as on December 31, 2013.s
• Departmental candidates have to apply through proper channel.

Submission of Forms

• Application forms should preferably be submitted online at PNRA website www.pnra.org or may be downloaded from PNRA website for submission by post at the address given below. 
• Application processing fee is Rs. 1300/- for online submission and is Rs. 1800/- for submission by post. 
• Additional Rs.200/-shall be charged if a candidate is applying for both PIEAS and KINPOE. 
• Application processing fee must be deposited in online bank account No.0008078413 (Title of Account: PNRA Earnest Money), national bank of Pakistan, Corporate branch, F-6 markaz, Islamabad (Branch Code No. 0854). 
• Candidates applying online or by post (through Demand Draft) should submit the original bank Receipts of processing fee along with passport size photograph to Establishment Officer-II, PNRA at the address given below by clearly specifying the Name, Online Generated Roll No. (for online candidates only) & CNIC No. on the back side of the receipt (Photo copy of the receipt is not acceptable). 
• Last date for submission of application form is may 13, 2013 (Monday)Short listed candidates will be required to appear for written test conducted by PIEAS on June 15, 2013 (Saturday) in the major cities of Pakistan. List of eligible candidates for written test will also be pleased on
