International Islamic University (Islamabad) - Punjab (Main campus in Islamabad) Master degree in Arts for admission 2024 - 2025.
MS Arabic Literature & Linguistics and Islamic Studies (Usuluddin)
B.A. (Hons)/BS-(4 years) Arabic from IIU with minimum CGPA 2.50/4.00 or 60% marks in annual system equivalent qualifications with a minimum of in aggregate.
M.A. (Arabic) from other Universities with minimum CGPA 2.50/4.00 or 60% marks in annual system.
Test Required
NTS GAT-General with at least 50% score
MS Islamic Studies (Usuluddin)
BS–(4years) Islamic Studies (Usuluddin) degree from IIU with minimum CGPA of 2.50/4.00
OR
MA or equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 60% marks in annual system from recognized Universities. Such candidates will first be admitted to study 2-3 semesters of provisional courses and required language(s).
BA from any recognized University with Shahadatul Alamia form recognized Wifaqs (60% marks) along with all other Asnad like; Shahaditul Aaliah, Khassah and A’ama with equivalence of Shahaditul Alamiah from HEC.
Proficiency in both languages is required. If any candidate lacks linguistic competence in any one of the languages, he/she will have to study it as a pre-requisite for his/her degree.

MA Islamic Studies in Urdu (Evening) (Self Finance)
BA or equivalent with minimum CGPA 2.00/4.00 or 50% marks in annual system. OR
Shahadatul Alamia from recognized Wifaqs along with all other Asnad like, Shahadatul Aaliah, Khassah and A’ama with equivalence of Shahadatul Alamiah from HEC.
MS Urdu
MA/BS-(4 years) (Urdu) with minimum CGPA 2.50/4.00 or 60% marks in annual system.
Test Required
NTS GAT-General with at least 50% score
MA Urdu
BA/B.Sc with minimum CGPA 200/400 or 45% marks in annual system.
MS Persian
MA/BS-(4 years) (Persian) with minimum CGPA 2.5/4.00 or 60% marks in annual system.
